At TShirtMakerzNStuff every item is made to order based on the design or image you upload. Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

❌ No Returns or Exchanges

Since each product is created specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Design preferences after production has started

Please double-check your size, design, and uploaded images before completing your order.

✅ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, or there is a clear production error (like a misprint or wrong size sent), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• A description of the issue
• Photos of the item and packaging
• Your order number

We’ll review the issue and, if eligible, offer a replacement at no additional cost.
